Monica Kahn Design is a full-service residential interior design firm based in New York specializing in high-end luxury homes. The studio is known for creating modern, elegant interiors that balance timeless design with everyday livability. Clean lines, layered neutrals, and thoughtfully chosen materials come together to create spaces that feel refined, warm, and highly functional, while reflecting each client’s personal style and the way they live.

With a comprehensive, full-service approach, Monica Kahn Design manages every phase of a project—from ground-up construction and full-scale renovations to the interior design of existing homes. Working closely with architects, contractors, and custom fabricators, the studio ensures a seamless process from initial concept through final installation. Each project is guided by a highly personalized, client-focused philosophy, resulting in interiors that are as beautiful as they are practical.

After studying Fine Arts and earning a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Cornell University, Monica began her career at prestigious architectural firms including Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Swanke Hayden Connell, where she designed high-end corporate interiors. In 2001, she transitioned into residential design and founded Monica Kahn Design.

Today, Monica focuses exclusively on residential projects throughout New York City, Westchester County, Connecticut, and the Hamptons. She is NCIDQ certified and a professional member of ASID.
